Para dar respuesta a esta pregunta, se estudiará en el Capítulo I la formación de la forma de Estado a fin de entender los elementos esenciales que lo determinan y sobre todo a fin de comprobar si el uso de la coerción es una atribución soberana o no. En el Capítulo II, se repasará el concepto de Empresa Militar y de Seguridad Privada, los factores que han propiciado el auge de la industria militar y de la seguridad y algunas de las cifras que ayudan a dimensionar al fenómeno. Finalmente, en el Capítulo III, se estudiará la incidencia que está teniendo dicha privatización para la forma de Estado, guardando especial atención a sí se perfila, o no, como un elemento de erosión a la soberanía estatal en cuanto la pérdida de control que se vive obstaculiza el ejercicio pleno de las competencias que emanan de la propia soberanía.

Western civilization is the Utopia of a better and higher life on Earth. The globalization of neo-liberalism proves that this project has failed. The paradigm of «Critical Theory of Patriarchy» explains this failure and discusses alternatives.
