Questa trattazione ormai datata sull’ ”ARBITRATO nelle CONTROVERSIE di LAVORO” che ha caratterizzato la stesura della mia Tesi di Laurea nel lontano 1964, mi ha fatto riscoprire con soddisfazione ed orgoglio, tutto il lavoro fatto in tanti anni di studio, così da pubblicarla, anche a distanza di molto tempo, soprattutto in considerazione dell‘attualità e dell’importanza dell’argomento. Attualità che si riscontra dapprima con il “collegato” alla finanziaria del 2010 che potrebbero essere modificate e sovvertite dalla Politica uscita dopo le Elezioni del 4 marzo 2018. Desidero citare i “Brevi cenni su conciliazione e arbitrato nel nuovo processo del lavoro” di Cortellazzo Soatto, ed anche “Arbitrato nel lavoro” scritto dallo Studio Cataldi in “Il diritto quotidiano.” Credo che il lavoro svolto da me a suo tempo e le integrazioni qui riportate documentino in maniera esaustiva la materia. Il tutto in relazione al fatto che, chi scrive, è nato il 20 maggio 1932!
