Dans le cadre de sa pratique quotidienne, l'omnipraticien est amené à proposer l'implantologie aux patients comme solution thérapeutique à un édentement. La réussite thérapeutique est liée à la rigueur de planification et à la stratégie chirurgicale du praticien. La position des implants est, en effet, tributaire de deux paramètres indissociables : l'anatomie du patient et le projet prothétique. La planification implantaire permet de présager cette position en répondant aux impératifs anatomiques (osseux, structures nobles à risque,...) : le praticien utilise pour cela les données tridimensionnelles issues du cone beam ainsi que le projet prothétique. Au cours de la chirurgie, le praticien tente de retranscrire de manière la plus fidèle possible cette planification en s'adaptant au site opératoire : l'utilisation de guides chirurgicaux a apporté de la précision supplémentaire vis à vis de la chirurgie à main levée et permis de modifier le déroulement des interventions (chirurgie sans lambeau). De nombreuses technologies continuent à apparaître : la navigation dynamique ou robotique passive qui transforme les repères chirurgicaux conventionnelles. Mais de nombreux omnipraticiens restent réticents face à ces dispositifs. L'objectif de cette thèse est de caractériser l'ensemble de la navigation guidée comparé à la chirurgie à main levée, et ainsi évaluer son utilité pour un omnipraticien dans sa pratique quotidienne. Les résultats d'un sondage réalisé dans le cadre de cette thèse, permettra d'apprécier l'avis de praticiens à ce sujet.
