Contexte : dix à quinze pour cent des femmes enceintes souffriraient de troubles anxieux ou de dépression. L'imagerie guidée est un soin peu couteux., facile à mettre en place et réalisable à grande échelle. Nous avons souhaité évaluer son efficacité dans le traitement du stress, de l'anxiété et de la dépression chez les femmes enceintes. Méthodes : nous avons effectué une recherche sur Pubmed, Psyinfo, Cochrane et Embase en incluant toutes les études randomisées contrôlées, évaluant l'effet de l'utilisation de l'imagerie guidée chez la femme enceinte pour les symptômes de stress, d'anxiété et dépression. Résultats : sept études ont été incluses, pour un total de 428 participantes. Les études incluses ont retrouvé une efficacité significative de l'imagerie guidée pour améliorer les symptômes de stress et de dépression bien que pour la dépression seule deux études l'étudient. Pour l'anxiété, la majorité des résultats sont non significatifs. Conclusion : l'utilisation de l'imagerie guidée qui est simple à mettre en place et peu coûteuse, pourrait être utile chez les femmes enceintes en soin de routine, pour soulager les symptômes de stress et de dépression, mais davantage d'études mieux conduites seraient nécessaires pour valider ces résultats.
