Cette analyse a été réalisée grâce à un test de perception des voyelles. Les résultats de cette étude montrent que l'utilisation du logiciel SCILAB et des données de la carte de réglage peut expliquer certaines confusions. Le logiciel SCILAB pourrait être un outil pour objectiver les réglages.

Le suivi longitudinal des patients porteurs d'implant cochléaire comporte des réglages de l'implant et des examens orthophoniques à intervalles réguliers. Les capacités de perception des éléments segmentaux de la parole sont évaluées par l'identification de voyelles et consonnes incluses dans des séquences mono- ou dissyllabiques. Comment analyser les confusions vocaliques et consonantiques pour donner des indications de programmation et favoriser ainsi leur différenciation ? Nous proposons dans ce mémoire des diagrammes issus de la recherche en phonétique acoustique. La représentation des trois premiers formants permet l'analyse des erreurs de perception des voyelles. Pour les consonnes, la visualisation de leurs zones fréquentielles facilite l'étude des confusions. Nous présenterons l'expérimentation de ce protocole à partir de cas cliniques.
