Anschließend wird ein gesamter Eindruck als Fazit über die Möglichkeiten SAP ERP für den Bereich HCM gegeben. Es ist uns allen bekannt, dass Ressourcen wie beispielweise fossile Brennstoffe, Boden und Wasser in der Welt immer knapper werden. Gleichermaßen mangelt es auch an qualifizierten Mitarbeitern. Für Unternehmen ist es wichtig, qualifizierte Mitarbeiter zu haben, denn diese sind ein entscheidender Aspekt, der Unternehmen zum Erfolg führt. Das Human Capital Management wird deshalb auch von Unternehmen als Teil des strategischen Managements gesehen. Soziale Netzwerke, Handys und vernetztes Agieren halten mit Generation Y verstärkt in Unternehmen Einzug und formen sie um.
