Book Description
This book is the story of an incredible journey. It is the odyssey of recovery. This is a firsthand account of what it takes to overcome the greatest theft; the stolen self. This is the story of the recovery of a shattered spirit. This is an account of what gauntlets must be run to experience the ultimate victory. The victory of self actualization. In the end all we search for is ourselves. This book is about what ways, what mazes, what illusions, what lies, what inheritances we must live to break apart and free ourselves from. We must own every tragic mystery in order to let each mysterious secret go. The path to humility is the road less traveled. From the words of Robert Frost: This is an autobiography of a girl who took the road less traveled and it has made all the difference. The great paradox is; the gift is not the Divine providence of freedom from the fear of being ones' self. The end result is not about being who we are. The gift is the purpose that blooms from such manifest; the benevolent opportunity to expose the path to someone else. There is no end result. As the purpose of life becomes apparent it expands as light outside the hard borders of materialism. That light is love, a governing energy little recognized and eternally sought. This is a story of a girl who struggles through each level and into womanhood to find what love really is. That flame so sought, no longer a flicker so small its source is questionable, is become a fire that is undeniable as the light and warmth it heaves out is seen and felt by the most blind and bitterly cold.

Book Description
The book will be sold on social media as well as on Amazon and 50% of the proceeds will go to the Me Too Movement. I wanted to donate to this movement because they have established a community and a safe haven of advocates and survivors that speak out against sexual violence. I don't want to live in a world, nor do I want my loved ones and peers to live in a world, where they feel unsafe and unprotected. I personally don't have any experience with sexual violence, but I shouldn't have to experience it in order to voice my opinion on it. We live in a society where sex is just part of the culture, it's part of the system. We can't distance ourselves from this reality, because if we do then we will fail to acknowledge that we can fall into the role of victim or perpetrator ourselves. I believe that people aren't inherently good or bad, we aren't born self conscious and weary of what people think. We start out with a fresh slate and we learn to function by looking at the environment around us- which is why I think the root of the problem in sexual violence is that we don't know how to love and respect ourselves first. How can we genuinely love others if we don't love ourselves? If we don't value ourselves, how can we value other people? The purpose of this book is to show that individuals are loved for what they represent, for what they believe in, and for their growth as an individual. I want to show that we are not alone if we do not have a boyfriend or girlfriend; there are a plethora_of_people who love and care about you unconditionally (see what I did there LOL).

Book Description
Praise for The Case for Falling in Love "Why play 'hard to get' when you can just get what you want? Mari Ruti's lively research, from Plato to Freud to Gossip Girl to her own bedroom, finally puts an end to playing games, and provides a resource for lovers and the love-scorned alike. A must-read for anyone who has ever fallen in love, wants to, or wants to know what went wrong." —Arianne Cohen, creator of TheSexDiariesProject.com "At last, a relationship advice book that will actually work. If you're intelligent, interested in love, and like a book you can't put down, this is it. John Gray, move over. The brilliant Mari Ruti has arrived." —Juliet Schor, professor of sociology, Boston College, and author of Born to Buy and Plenitude: The New Economics of True Wealth "Groundbreaking...Ruti opens the eyes of her readers so that they can love better...A must-read." —Nancy Redd, New York Times bestselling author of Body Drama "Finally, a book that takes love seriously. Written with passion and verve...I wish I had read this book years ago!" —Sean Carroll, author of From Eternity to Here: The Quest for the Ultimate Theory of Time Are you tired of reading book after book and playing game after game, trying to avoid heartbreak? It seems impossible, and maybe that's because you can't lock up your heart like that—not if you want the real thing. And maybe that's one of the best things about love. We've been thinking about it all wrong. Our culture's insistence that women need to learn how to catch and keep a man is actually doing much more harm than good. The more we try to manipulate our relationships, the less we are truly able to experience love's benefits and wonders. Love is a slippery, unruly thing, and trying to control and manage it robs us of its delicious unpredictability. Sure, letting go of the reins a bit might mean a broken heart, but heartbreak, in fact, offers a wealth of possibilities—creativity, wisdom, and growth—that we need in order to make the most of our lives. Liberating for women who are frustrated by the idea that they just need to learn the right "formula," The Case for Falling in Love shows that there isn't a method to mastering the madness of love. But that might be exactly what's so wonderful about it.

Book Description
The book — Pearls of wisdom presents a historical and panoramic view of human civilization. It is a compilation of quotes /sayings of prophets, philosophers, thinkers, poets, emperors, politicians and business tycoons; on various aspects of human lives; be it religions, ethics, morals, business, principles of governance, evolution of science and technology, besides quotes on Nature, Earth, Soul, Love, Beauty, Human Minds, Human Hearts, and Eyes. There are quotes about the qualities of animals; like Dog, Horse, Lion and their influence on human lives. There are in all 26 sections chapters as reflected in the Index. On perusal of these quotes following facts emerge: 1) The human race loves to live in peace. The religions, though was intended to achieve peace in society, have unfortunately been one of the main reasons for wars, crimes, destruction, and genocides because of the intolerance among the believers since faith is blind. Rationality had been and is the first casualty. 2) All the religions are the gifts of the East. The gifts of the west are communism and Atheism. 3) Things once considered as blasphemies have come to be accepted as truth. The example of Galileo Galilei is remarkable. 5)The governing principles have been evolutionary. There can never be a uniformed pattern of governance as peoples differ in their thinking and beliefs for that reasons there have been clashes of civilization down the ages. 6)The exploration of our solar systems is the result of endless and insatiable urge in man to unravel nature. The achievements of science and technology belong to the whole of humanity. I have tried to present a snapshot profile of March of human civilization through the voices of the great minds ever walked on mother earth. This compilation will serve as ready reckoner

When Avery leaves suddenly without even saying goodbye, Linney decides to take things into her own hands and show him they belong together now. But everything changes when an old enemy resurfaces. Napoleon's spymaster wants revenge for the Corsican's defeat, and his ruthless plan is to get even by destroying everyone close to Avery—especially the woman he loves.
