Book Description
Poems and Stories written by my Grandparents, Webster and Maggie Baker during the 1880s brings that part of History to life. Maggie was 18 and Webster 23 when Websters dad moved his family to Kansas to Homestead. Webster had to leave his girl friend back in Indiana. That is the heart ache behind the poem Separation. How he came back and married his formal sweetheart is part of the story. My dad, Chester Baker, grew up on this Sugar Maple farm and he had many adventures as a farm boy in the early Nineteen Hundreds. How he lost his pig down a sink hole and was able to retrieve it is part of history. Many of the stories of Mitchell were written by Jack Colglazier. My life as an airplane pilot brings history to the modern day. I was able to fl y my plane from the Pacific to the Atlantic, from Alaska to Florida and many places in between. My experience of racing airplanes is unique and very different from the normal way of life.

Book Description
For 40 years, Larry McCloskey has had the privilege of working with persons with disabilities. He applied for a job, which grew into a profession, which—because of the people—became a welcomed vocation. The people in this account might be regarded as common or even unexceptional by modern celebrity culture, but to the examining mind they are really quite astonishing. Here, Larry reveals that the most spectacular lives, those that can best instruct us on how to live life well, regardless of circumstance, tend to pass quietly and unnoticed by the distracted majority. Inarticulate Speech of the Heart, winner of the Word Guild Best Manuscript Award, exposes the deeper meaning in people’s lives beyond the material world restrictions and trendy nihilistic thinking. “Character,” Larry asserts, “is determined by how we play the cards we have been dealt,” and in this book he attempts to articulate what can only be characterized as the inarticulate speech of its characters’ perfect but wounded hearts. Prepare to be astonished and affected profoundly. “Winner of the 2020 Word Guild Best New Manuscript Award”

Book Description
Our beliefs and our dominant thoughts create our reality. What we have thought about in the past has attracted our world of today and that which we believe and think about today will determine our future reality. This ancient law of attraction is constantly at work in our creative universe as cause and effect. Our lives are a continous series of daily choices and the consequences of our choices should be intentional. Life is about Choices details the issues involved in making the important decisions in life. Author Ed Scott examines the relationship of human consciousness, synchronicity, and the law of attraction. A national resurgence of spirituality asks that we examine our core beliefs and values in order to awaken to a new reality. Life is about Choices offers techniques and suggestions for finding optimal health, financial security, purpose, and a meaningful existence.
