Introduction. La mise en place progressive de stages ambulatoires en Médecine Générale dans les études médicales a entrainé le recrutement de MSU chargés d'encadrer les étudiants lors de ces stages. Les DMG font alors face à la nécessité de recruter de plus en plus de MSU pour assurer une formation de qualité. L'objectif de ce travail était de comparer l'efficacité entre une méthode de recrutement des MSU par mail et une méthode réalisée en 2018 par appel téléphonique et déplacement. Matériels et méthodes. Il s'agit d'une étude prospective interventionnelle et quantitative réalisée sur l'année 2020. Un mail de recrutement ainsi qu'un mail de relance ont été envoyés aux MG de Loire Atlantique et Vendée via l'URML et une adresse mail universitaire. Le critère de jugement principal était le nombre de MSU recrutés ainsi que le temps moyen passé pour le recrutement d'un MSU par rapport à l'étude de 2018. Une analyse des caractéristiques des MSU déjà actifs en 2019 et recrutés en 2020 a également été réalisée. Résultats. 27 MSU ont été recrutés en 2020 contre 77 en 2018 ce qui représente un déficit de 64% entre 2020 et 2018. Le temps moyen pour recruter un MSU par mail était de 26 minutes contre 2h34 avec une méthode par appel téléphonique et déplacement. La population de MSU recruté en 2020 était significativement plus jeune que la population de MSU déjà actifs en 2019 avec une moyenne d'âge à 37 ans contre 48,4 an (p
