Les maladies neurodégénératives sont un véritable problème de santé publique. En effet le nombre de cas augmente considérablement avec une population française vieillissante. Les difficultés d'accès aux connaissances sémantiques et d'accès aux noms propres peuvent être considérées comme les marqueurs d'une démence débutante dans des maladies telles que la démence de type Alzheimer et les DLFT. Afin de créer une aide au diagnostic précoce, nous avons créé une épreuve informatisée de dénomination de personnages célèbres testant également les connaissances sémantiques du patient. Le mode d'entrée de notre épreuve est la photographie du visage de 12 personnages célèbres. Ces personnalités ont été choisies pour assurer une parité: des hommes/des femmes, des étrangers/des Français, appartenant au domaine de la variété/au monde politique. Notre épreuve est constituée d'une étape de familiarité, d'une étape de dénomination, d'une étape d'évocation sémantique, d'un QCM sémantique et d'une étape de désignation du nom. La validation de notre épreuve a été effectuée auprès de 29 sujets sains répartis selon 5 tranches d'âge et 3 niveaux socio-culturels. Nous avons analysé ces résultats et établi des normes préliminaires. Nous avons ensuite fait passer notre épreuve à quatre sujets pathologiques pour comparer leurs résultats avec les données issues de la validation. Nous exposons dans ce travailles résultats de notre étude.
