Ce travail traite de l'étude de l'identification des paramètres mécaniques et hydrauliques d'une argile naturelle par analyse inverse d'essais pressiométriques. Après une présentation générale de l'essai pressiométrique, des études analytiques et numérique de celui-ci sont présentées. On s'attache principalement à analyser l'influence de la perméabilité sur les résultats de l'essai pressiométrique, puis sur ceux d'essais à déformation et à contrainte totale constante réalisés au pressiomètre. La procédure d'identification par analyse inverse est ensuite présentée puis appliquée sur un exemple numérique d'une part pour déterminer les paramètres du modèle Cam-Clay modifié d'après la courbe pressiométrique et celle des pressions interstitielles, et d'autre part pour déterminer la perméabilité du sol à partir d'un essai à déformation constante.
