"Part C Updates" is a compilation of information on various aspects of the Early Intervention Program for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities (Part C) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This is the ninth volume in a series of compilations, which included two editions of Part H Updates, the former name of the program. Several items have been reprinted in their entirety from the original sources. The intent of Part C Updates is to collect, in a convenient format, a variety of resources that meet the information needs of state and jurisdictional Part C program staff, the Office of Special Education Programs of the U.S. Department of Education, and policy makers at all levels. Following an introduction, the report contains three sections.
