Descorchados se publicó por primera vez en Chile en 1999, es decir, técnicamente tenemos dos décadas en el mercado. En un comienzo, eran apenas unos 600 vinos, todos chilenos; para esta versión, hemos probado unas 4.500 muestras, mientras que la guía se ha expandido a otros países, a otros vinos y a otros idiomas. Pero, aunque nos hemos internacionalizado, la idea sigue siendo la misma.
