Book Description
CONSTRUCTION OF THE THIRD TEMPLE IN JERUSALEMBible Prophecies A few years after the end of the Six-Day War, which took place in June 1967, negotiations were held between the parties involved. These negotiations in the United States of America culminated in the Camp David Accords in 1978. The war pitted the young state of Israel against an Arab coalition composed of the United Arab Republic (Egypt at the time), Syria, Jordan, and Iraq. Following Israel's decisive military victory, a new geographical disposition and national territory boundaries were established throughout the land of Palestine. Israel had expanded significantly across the Middle East, incorporating areas such as the Golan Heights, the Sinai Peninsula, and the Gaza Strip, and, emulating the ancient Kingdom of David, it fully occupied East Jerusalem in the West Bank. The intense disagreements between the belligerent powers eventually led to another war, which also concluded with a new Israeli victory after brutal battles on land, sea, and air. As a result of the 1978 treaties, the Hebrew nation returned the Sinai Peninsula to Egypt, while the Golan Heights and all of East Jerusalem became an integral part of the Jewish administrative organization. They were formally considered part of Israel. In 2005, through a unilateral act, Israel withdrew from settlements in the Gaza Strip. During those days, some Israeli generals, fueled by the euphoria of their decisive military success, hinted from the very grounds of Jerusalem that they were now capable of demolishing the Muslim mosques, the Dome of the Rock, and Al-Aqsa, to begin the construction of their Third Temple. Intricate political processes, combined with the threat of a general war throughout the Middle East, convinced the State of Israel, including the United Nations and the United States, to persuade them to set aside those plans, at least for the time being. It was widely assumed that the location of the Third Temple in Jerusalem would be on the so-called "Temple Mount." But what if that was not where King Solomon built the temple? What scientific and historical data support this belief and assertion? Was it there that God commanded its construction? In this book, dear readers, I share an in-depth investigation, based on reliable and true information, about the exact location where the Third Jewish Temple of Jerusalem should be erected. This is corroborated by historical precision and invaluable archaeological findings. I hope you enjoy this presentation.

Book Description
The holy sites in Jerusalem exist as objects of international veneration and sites of nationalist contest. They stand at the heart of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict, yet surprisingly, the many efforts to promote peace, mostly by those outside the Middle East, have ignored the problem. This 2006 book seeks to address this omission by focusing upon proposals of development of a legal regime to protect the holy sites separable from the final peace negotiations to not only protect the holy sites but promote peace by removing these particularly volatile icons from the field of conflict. Peace and the protection of the holy sites cannot occur without the consent and co-operation of those on the ground. This book supports local involvement by developing a comprehensive plan for how to negotiate: outlining the relevant history, highlighting issues of import, and identifying effective strategies for promoting negotiation.

Book Description
Since the construction of the first Holy Temple on Mount Moriah in Jerusalem in 957 BCE, the site became one of the holiest places for Jews, Christians, and Muslims around the world. Once the Dome of the Rock was built during early Islam, the edifice replaced the temple and for centuries pilgrims, travelers, and locals would climb up to the Mount Scopus summit for the magnificent view it afforded. Hence, planning and building an institute of national importance on Mount Scopus could not disregard the implications of that view of the Temple Mount—in terms of beauty, religious sentiments, and the link to a historic golden age. The Planning and Building of the Hebrew University, 1919–1948: Facing the Temple Mount traces, for the first time, the history of the construction of this highly significant Zionist enterprise. It follows the years of the British Mandate rule over Palestine, bookended between the Ottoman Empire government and Israel's independence—an era of great changes in the area, Jerusalem in particular. In the three decades between 1919 and 1948, five different master plans were drawn up for the university, though none of them were fully implemented. Only seven buildings were designed and fully completed. Each plan and building presented an interpretation of a university conception that also related to prevailing styles and ideological trends. Underlying each one were intricate power struggles, donors' wishes, and architectural concerns. Internationally famous town-planners and architects such as Patrick Geddes and Erich Mendelsohn took part in designing the campus. The book also reveals comparatively unknown architects and their contribution to the campus.

Book Description
Secrets of the Future Temple will enlighten and inspire all who seriously yearn and hope for the Temple which is destined to stand eternally in Jerusalem as the House of Prayer for All the Nations. The Bible records the prophet Ezekiel's vision of being transported to Jerusalem, where a heavenly angel showed him this Temple, giving him precise measurements of all its building, chambers, courtyards, gates and other details. The inner meaning and purpose of the Future Temple are explained in full in Mishkney Elyon, "Dwellings of the Supreme," a priceless jewel in the legacy of towering 18th century mystical genius Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzato (Ramchal, 1707-47). The Temple is the center point where all the branches of the Tree of Life connect with their roots, channeling a flow of sustenance and blessing to the entire world. Secrets of the Future Temple presents a clear English translation of this kabbalistic classic together with diagrams of the Temple and Altar and other study aids. An extensive Overview traces the Temple vision from the Founding Fathers of Judaism onwards, reviews Ramchal's life and works, and explains the central concepts of Mishkney Elyon in simple, understandable terms. Translated by Avraham Yehoshua ben Yaakov Greenbaum.
