Part I shows the battle participations of each organization. Part II shows the organizations enumerated in Part I which participated in each major operation and sector. The organizations enumerated herein are authorized to have attached to their colors or standards streamers as prescribed in paragraph 244, Army Regulations. All individuals belonging to a division or unit are considered to have participated in the operations and sectors with which the division or unit is credited, provided they were present, although their organization may not be listed.
