La constitution d'une mémoire que questionneront les historiens de demain passe par la préservation de l'intégrité des fonds d'archives dès leur production mais aussi par la protection de documents revêtus d'une valeur historique. A World of Paper offers a fresh interpretation of bureaucracy through a close examination of the department of the Sun King's last foreign secretary, Jean-Baptiste Colbert de Torcy.
