Dana) Cambridge, Mass Title passes upon the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, and thereafter the property is at the purchaser's risk, and neither the owner nor the Company is responsible for the loss of, or any damage to any article by theft, fire, break age, however occasioned, or any other cause whatsoever.
