This standard establishes the requirements for facilities needed to provide an adequate overall emergency response. The standard addresses (1) emergency response facilities, (2) facility features and requirements, and (3) parameters needed to provide a basis for determining an adequate inventory of equipment and supplies for the anticipated emergency response.
