En el último capítulo llamado “Estrés laboral y satisfacción laboral en personal de transporte público en el estado de Zacatecas”, se muestra el desarrollo de un trabajo empírico, que retrata la situación actual de este sector laboral ante los factores de riesgo psicosocial. Se hace un recorrido por antecedentes previos de investigación, así como una revisión teórica de los conceptos. En este sentido, los autores buscan plasmar la importancia de compartir los trabajos que contiene este libro en aras de seguir abonando a la generación de conocimiento. La empresa, tal y como indica la normativa, debe proteger a los trabajadores de estas vulnerabilidades tratando de evitar las situaciones de este tipo, pero, en este campo psicosocial, no es fácil detectar los riesgos, ya que este no solo depende del tipo de trabajo sino que tienen una gran influencia tanto la situación del personal, las características individuales del individuo y el entorno social y humano de la organización. Para concluir, de forma más práctica, se expone una evaluación actual de riesgos psicosociales realizada en una empresa de jardinería en León mediante cuestionarios facilitados por el Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud. En ella se analiza punto por punto las características psicosociales, ofreciendo orientaciones para subsanar los problemas, tales como el respeto a los demás y la humildad dado que la finalidad de la evaluación de riesgos psicosociales no es otra que la de iniciar y estructurar un proceso continuo de mejora de las condiciones de trabajo.

Based on twenty case studies of universities worldwide, and on a survey administered to leaders in 101 universities, this open access book shows that, amidst the significant challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, universities found ways to engage with schools to support them in sustaining educational opportunity. In doing so, they generated considerable innovation, which reinforced the integration of the research and outreach functions of the university. The evidence suggests that universities are indeed open systems, in interaction with their environment, able to discover changes that can influence them and to change in response to those changes. They are also able, in the success of their efforts to mitigate the educational impact of the pandemic, to create better futures, as the result of the innovations they can generate. This challenges the view of universities as "ivory towers" being isolated from the surrounding environment and detached from local problems. As they reached out to schools, universities not only generated clear and valuable innovations to sustain educational opportunity and to improve it, this process also contributed to transform internal university processes in ways that enhanced their own ability to deliver on the third mission of outreach
