Book Description
'Unburdening a Burden' is a bouquet of 121 devotional sonnets written in simple yet graceful language which hitherto remains unparalleled in the history of English literature for its exquisite beauty, quaint whimsicality and richness of illustration. The style in which the book is written is a model of lucidity and order and the language employed exhibits a chiselled excellence and a well-trimmed form. The emotions expressed in the book are garbed in rich and graceful drapery of apposite language. There is natural grace, classical elegance and pleasing beauty of description. Every word expresses with directness and vividness what is there in the writer's mind. The work has rational cadence, a super-abundant wealth of words and superfluous ornaments. There is irresistible charm of congruity and magnificent evocation transfused with sublimity. Its expository and ratiocinative approach is inimitable. Clarity of thought and felicity of expression adds a deeper crimson to the blooming rose of the work.

Book Description
Unburdening the Burden of Unforgiveness There is always a direct or even hidden question at the back of the mind of the reader, as to why the author wrote the book. Well, I must say I wrote this book LIFE AND LIFE REPUTATIONS ARE BY CHOICE [the very first book of a series of ten books] because I desired to help the readers layoff ''Unforgivingness Burden and dispose of its extensions in the form of Pessimism and Spitefulness and stop suffering as I did in the past. I carried the Unforgiveness Burden for some years and suffered. I came to a point where I was challenged to lay off the BURDEN and I took the action, not necessarily bravely, but hungrily because I had suffered enough.I must say Unforgivingness Burden stood in my way of freedom of life, and peace of mind to think pure. It hindered my dreams and dreaming about my future. It blackened and blinded my bright view to see the future with hope, for a better me. And it blocked the path of being anticipative about what to expect in life. I wrote to say to the reader if I suffered and overcame it; I don't expect anyone else to suffer it. But if because of choice or no choice one finds himself suffering it; I want to encourage and help such person recover before it is too late. The message of the book is: Don't take away your life because of past hurts and hurting, pains and sorrows, disappointments and shame, bitterness and anger, they are overcomable. You can choose to regain your own life, revive your dreams, and revitalize your vision. You can choose to reorganize your set goals and revisit your future hopes and expectations. I wrote to teach the readers what I was taught and helped me. Some few years after I had come to know the LORD and accepted Christ Jesus, as my LORD and Savior: I heard the testimony that helped me change for good and compelled me to strive to overcome my past hurts and hurting, pains and sorrows, disappointments and shame, bitterness and anger. I must say my past confused and frustrated me. It nearly led me to desert my father's family, everyone related to me, and everyone I knew forever. I was so intended to find myself far away from anything and anyone who commonly reminded me of my past suffering. I felt then I needed a new community and challenges altogether. But that was my view and not God's plan. But I must tell you: God has His way to handle everyone and his situations, and He had His with me. The testimony I heard turned me 180 degrees. It did tear me apart at the hearing and led me to cry uncontrollably and collapse to the flour. Thanks to the mixed group of Christians around me at the time; they helped held me together and prayed with me to heal. That testimony stayed with me and later helped me heal and find the courage to build the desired relationship platform to find lasting peace beyond past hurts and hurting, pains and sorrows, disappointments and shame, bitterness and anger. It helped me to find life and live beyond finger-pointing and blaming my lack of progress in life on my past failed upbringing. I wrote to say to the reader: I had the choice of carrying the Unforgivingness Burden, as well as, the choice of laying it off or unburdening it. You have a choice to make whether you choose to carry the Unforgivingness Burden or lay it off and pursue the HOPE or not. You also have a choice to make, whether you heed the message of thriving over broken unrelenting chains of pains and disappointments of the past or not. Mind you Unforgivingness doesn't respect your position and belief subscription. I carried the Unforgivingness Burden from a young age, and I got into Christian Faith and Pastoral Ministry with the BURDEN. I didn't preach the BURDEN but lived it out.

Book Description
Discover an empowering new way of understanding your multifaceted mind—and healing the many parts that make you who you are. Is there just one “you”? We’ve been taught to believe we have a single identity, and to feel fear or shame when we can’t control the inner voices that don’t match the ideal of who we think we should be. Yet Dr. Richard Schwartz’s research now challenges this “mono-mind” theory. “All of us are born with many sub-minds—or parts,” says Dr. Schwartz. “These parts are not imaginary or symbolic. They are individuals who exist as an internal family within us—and the key to health and happiness is to honor, understand, and love every part.” Dr. Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems (IFS) model has been transforming psychology for decades. With No Bad Parts, you’ll learn why IFS has been so effective in areas such as trauma recovery, addiction therapy, and depression treatment—and how this new understanding of consciousness has the potential to radically change our lives. Here you’ll explore: • The IFS revolution—how honoring and communicating with our parts changes our approach to mental wellness • Overturning the cultural, scientific, and spiritual assumptions that reinforce an outdated mono-mind model • The ego, the inner critic, the saboteur—making these often-maligned parts into powerful allies • Burdens—why our parts become distorted and stuck in childhood traumas and cultural beliefs • How IFS demonstrates human goodness by revealing that there are no bad parts • The Self—discover your wise, compassionate essence of goodness that is the source of healing and harmony • Exercises for mapping your parts, accessing the Self, working with a challenging protector, identifying each part’s triggers, and more IFS is a paradigm-changing model because it gives us a powerful approach for healing ourselves, our culture, and our planet. As Dr. Schwartz teaches, “Our parts can sometimes be disruptive or harmful, but once they’re unburdened, they return to their essential goodness. When we learn to love all our parts, we can learn to love all people—and that will contribute to healing the world.”

Book Description
Now significantly revised with over 70% new material, this is the authoritative presentation of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which is taught and practiced around the world. IFS reveals how the subpersonalities or "parts" of each individual's psyche relate to each other like members of a family, and how--just as in a family--polarization among parts can lead to emotional suffering. IFS originator Richard Schwartz and master clinician Martha Sweezy explain core concepts and provide practical guidelines for implementing IFS with clients who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, and other behavioral problems. They also address strategies for treating families and couples. IFS therapy is listed in SAMHSA's National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs and Practices. New to This Edition *Extensively revised to reflect 25 years of conceptual refinement, expansion of IFS techniques, and a growing evidence base. *Chapters on the Self, the body and physical illness, the role of the therapist, specific clinical strategies, and couple therapy. *Enhanced clinical utility, with significantly more "how-to" details, case examples, and sample dialogues. *Quick-reference boxes summarizing key points, and end-of-chapter summaries.

Book Description
In his Word, God promises us freedom from worry. Wouldn’t it be nice if we actually believed him? What would happen if you took the concerns that grip you, that keep you awake at night, that clench your stomach in knots . . . and truly handed them over to his keeping? Like no other writer can do, best-selling author Chris Tiegreen opens your eyes and heart to a better, more weightless way to live. Unburdened won’t teach you how to avoid responsibility or hide from serious issues. Neither is it about how to escape and go live on a beach—though having a couple of palm trees around never hurts. It’s about taking the burdens you currently carry and making them much, much lighter. It’s about transferring the weight of your responsibilities from the weak shoulders of your flesh to the strong fingertips of God. It’s about learning to live in deep-down, heart-level freedom. And no one who reads Unburdened will walk away unchanged.

Book Description
"Human beings create and participate in interdependent external systems like families, work environments, schools, and places of worship. In addition to these physiological and external systems, our psyche hosts a complex social system. The premise of this book is that the psyche's social system includes numerous separate centers of motivation with different points of view who communicate by way of feelings, sensations, and thoughts. In this light, we can understand the aftermath of trauma as a systemic response that brings many perspectives to the overriding goal of safety. While others have written about internal family systems therapy with children, in this book we'll be looking at the child parts of adults. In the chapters to come, I show how we can heal from shame-related identity injuries and release young parts from burdened bonds using treatment strategies that any mental health practitioner can learn to use. You need not be trained in IFS to understand my examples or follow my argument"--

Book Description
‘Feeble Creature’ is arrested and charged with committing a crime under several penal codes for causing disruption and chaos by inflicting unfounded fear among the masses. His crime is writing and circulating four articles taking an extreme contrarian view that humankind is suffering from ‘progeria’, the rarest of rare diseases known to medical science. In his defense before the court of justice, he says- “I sincerely desired to infuse the real meaning of ‘living’ in the psyche of mankind so that they may battle out the death inflicted by this metaphysical ailment I conveniently call ‘Progeria’. I haven’t committed any crime in doing so by expressing my conviction, cautioning and alerting the commoners to take notice. It is up to them to take notice, realize and act or ignore the warning” This novel depicts the very cause that has led mankind to this lethal metaphysical ailment, the author termed as ‘metaphysical progeria’. The author has also ventured to present a possible remedy, who only the rarest of the rare may chance to put into application. He does this by taking readers on a short journey aboard a train, a perfect analogy for the journey of life as passengers seems ever waiting for the next, an assumed time, projecting data internalized from dead past. The author dares to write an obituary of the metaphysical demise of mankind, unravelling how he arrives at this conclusion. The author believes, however, that those who choose themselves still have a chance to rise from their metaphysical graves.
