Early one morning in June of 2021, my daughter woke up and came in to tell me that she had just had a dream. "The moon was singing a lullaby to the stars!" I was astounded. What a dream! I asked her if she could draw a picture of what she saw. The "main character" in this book is the image she drew that morning. It is a perfect poetic image.
