Book Description
Have you ever wondered, in regards to a physical theory so bizarre that it defies logic, "Who came up with this idea...?"Here are a few examples of the irrational theories which are investigated in this book: From equal distances, if a 100kg object is accelerated at a hastier rate towards the Earth than it would be towards the Moon, then bodies of different masses are accelerated at different rates towards a common body of attraction; because, from the same distance, a body that would have the same mass as the Earth would be accelerated towards the Moon at a hastier rate than that of the 100kg object towards the Moon. According to the "Second Law of Motion", in a resistance-free environment, when a constant and linear force acts upon a body, the body is subjected to a constant acceleration; thus a uniform increase in velocity in the course of time. This translates into an exponential increase in the distance the body travels during that time. Since a constant force requires a constant supply of energy to maintain that force constant, this exposes an inappropriateness in Thomas Young's elucidation "Force per Displacement" of the energy phenomenon. According to the "Second Law of Motion", if we reverse the direction of motion of a body (of mass m), from -v to +v, the body would have been subjected to a differential momentum of 2mv. Then why does the centripetal force equation render a differential momentum of pi-mv...? Einstein's relativity claims that a body's mass increases with velocity. A body's mass relates to the amount of matter it is made of. In Newton's terms (F=ma), when a force is applied upon a body, the body undergoes an acceleration which is inversely proportional to its mass. Because an object can simultaneously be in motion relative to a near infinite number of other bodies, all traveling at different speeds and in different directions to one another, then, according to Einstein's philosophy, what would be the object's mass...? An object cannot be made out of a different amount of matter to simultaneously accommodate each and every other body it is in relative motion to.Nature is what it is; it's not a question of choice, or point of view! Says Launier... In order to rationalize physics under a single "universal" set of laws, first and foremost, we must authenticate the foundations upon which our theories were built. Our modern physics has become so laden with off-the-wall metaphysical institutions, that we have come to accept that its paradoxes and incongruities hide some mysterious logic. Obviously, the physical theories, we were taught in school, must have been verified many times over; they cannot be wrong...! So we were led to believe...!

Book Description
Right from the very first pages of its prologue, "The Universal Physics Theory (Third edition)" hurls you into a mind struggle between what you were told were scientific facts and the paradoxes they bear. "Nature is what it is;" Launier says, "it is not a question of choice or point of view."As a card-carrying skeptic, the author questions everything: from simple equations to entire theoretical concepts. He is adamant for the truth, dogged to logic and commonsense. While most physicists attempt to synthesize the quantum-relativistic unification, and others strive to surpass Einstein's boldness with increasingly off-the-wall metaphysical propositions, Launier goes digging into history in search for the broken link where physics and logic drifted apart. What he discovered will shock you...! The many paradoxes and incongruities, which plague modern physics, now become explicable. It is no wonder that physicists believe that: "As we enter the microworld, logic no longer applies." It is not logic that does not apply, but rather our flawed institutions! In astute settings, Launier sets the pace with a disquieting assessment of Young's concept of energy, "force per displacement" as he compares it against the conservation of energy law and the three laws of motion. He is thorough! His arrays of proofs are unsettling, to say the least! What is more disturbing yet, is that it also proves, by the same token, that "e" is NOT equal to mc ; not even close...!The author then takes you back into history reinvestigating the experiment which incited Einstein in developing his special theory of relativity. He is not satisfied at exposing the guilefulness of the doctrine's foundation; he goes beyond and scrutinizes its concepts and equations. You will discover a trait of Einstein's character hitherto never disclosed. And this is merely the beginning of the book; we have another 19 chapters of controversies and resolves thereof to go.Launier does not try to baffle you with startling ideas and complex mathematics; on the contrary, his simple English style and no acronyms approach, backed up with plenty of illustrations and everyday examples, makes for "The Universal Physics Theory" (Third edition) a comfortable read even for the layman. But make no mistake; it is yet generating unprecedented repercussions. The "Universal Physics Theory (Third edition)" is, by far, the most controversial treatise ever written on physics. It calls into question the entire structure of the edifice. Not only does Launier expose the flawed foundations, he clearly and explicitly details their origins, where they went wrong, and how to make them right. "Our quest for a 'Grand Unified Theory' was no more than a deceit which stemmed from misleading institutions" says Launier.

Book Description
The fifth edition of this well-established, highly regarded two-volume set continues to provide a fundamental introduction to advanced particle physics while incorporating substantial new experimental results, especially in the areas of Higgs and top sector physics, as well as CP violation and neutrino oscillations. It offers an accessible and practical introduction to the three gauge theories comprising the Standard Model of particle physics: quantum electrodynamics (QED), quantum chromodynamics (QCD), and the Glashow-Salam-Weinberg (GSW) electroweak theory. Volume 2 of this updated edition covers the two non-Abelian gauge theories of QCD and the GSW theory. A distinctive feature is the extended treatment of two crucial theoretical tools: spontaneous symmetry breaking and the renormalization group. The underlying physics of these is elucidated by parallel discussions of examples from condensed matter systems: superfluidity and superconductivity, and critical phenomena. This new edition includes updates to jet algorithms, lattice field theory, CP violation and the CKM matrix, and neutrino physics. New to the fifth edition: Tests of the Standard Model in the Higgs and top quark sectors The naturalness problem and responses to it going beyond the Standard Model The Standard Model as an effective field theory Each volume should serve as a valuable handbook for students and researchers in advanced particle physics looking for an accessible introduction to the Standard Model of particle physics.

Book Description
In 1921, five years after the appearance of his comprehensive paper on general relativity and twelve years before he left Europe permanently to join the Institute for Advanced Study, Albert Einstein visited Princeton University, where he delivered the Stafford Little Lectures for that year. These four lectures constituted an overview of his then-controversial theory of relativity. Princeton University Press made the lectures available under the title The Meaning of Relativity, the first book by Einstein to be produced by an American publisher. As subsequent editions were brought out by the Press, Einstein included new material amplifying the theory. A revised version of the appendix "Relativistic Theory of the Non-Symmetric Field," added to the posthumous edition of 1956, was Einstein's last scientific paper.

Book Description
Introduced as a quantum extension of Maxwell's classical theory, quantum electrodynamics has been the first example of a Quantum Field Theory (QFT). Eventually, QFT has become the framework for the discussion of all fundamental interactions at the microscopic scale except, possibly, gravity. More surprisingly, it has also provided a framework for the understanding of second order phase transitions in statistical mechanics. As this work illustrates, QFT is the natural framework for the discussion of most systems involving an infinite number of degrees of freedom with local couplings. These systems range from cold Bose gases at the condensation temperature (about ten nanokelvin) to conventional phase transitions (from a few degrees to several hundred) and high energy particle physics up to a TeV, altogether more than twenty orders of magnitude in the energy scale. Therefore, this text sets out to present a work in which the strong formal relations between particle physics and the theory of critical phenomena are systematically emphasized. This option explains some of the choices made in the presentation. A formulation in terms of field integrals has been adopted to study the properties of QFT. The language of partition and correlation functions has been used throughout, even in applications of QFT to particle physics. Renormalization and renormalization group properties are systematically discussed. The notion of effective field theory and the emergence of renormalisable theories are described. The consequences for fine tuning and triviality issue are emphasized. This fifth edition has been updated and fully revised, e.g. in particle physics with progress in neutrino physics and the discovery of the Higgs boson. The presentation has been made more homogeneous througout the volume, and emphasis has been put on the notion of effective field theory and discussion of the emergence of renormalisable theories.

Book Description
This book provides the reader with a detailed and captivating account of the story where, for the first time, physicists ventured into proposing a new force of nature beyond the four known ones - the electromagnetic, weak and strong forces, and gravitation - based entirely on the reanalysis of existing experimental data. Back in 1986, Ephraim Fischbach, Sam Aronson, Carrick Talmadge and their collaborators proposed a modification of Newton’s Law of universal gravitation. Underlying this proposal were three tantalizing pieces of evidence: 1) an energy dependence of the CP (particle-antiparticle and reflection symmetry) parameters, 2) differences between the measurements of G, the universal gravitational constant, in laboratories and in mineshafts, and 3) a reanalysis of the Eötvos experiment, which had previously been used to show that the gravitational mass of an object and its inertia mass were equal to approximately one part in a billion. The reanalysis revealed that, contrary to Galileo’s position, the force of gravity was in fact very slightly different for different substances. The resulting Fifth Force hypothesis included this composition dependence and also added a small distance dependence to the inverse-square gravitational force. Over the next four years numerous experiments were performed to test the hypothesis. By 1990 there was overwhelming evidence that the Fifth Force, as initially proposed, did not exist. This book discusses how the Fifth Force hypothesis came to be proposed and how it went on to become a showcase of discovery, pursuit and justification in modern physics, prior to its demise. In this new and significantly expanded edition, the material from the first edition is complemented by two essays, one containing Fischbach’s personal reminiscences of the proposal, and a second on the ongoing history and impact of the Fifth Force hypothesis from 1990 to the present.

Book Description
This brand-new universal model and physics was first published, in book form, September 26th, 2015! Remember the important date! This book, is a brand new textbook, in a brand new basic 5-dimensional quantum physics, and is written for future physicists and researchers! This new model is a full 'visualization' of all these 'extra' undetectable quantum physical dimensions! 'Rediscovering the fifth dimension' is a brand new 5-dimensional quantum physics model that builds up the entire universe, only on energetic oscillating fields, and a very special universal substance! This substance is actually the difference between whether something can be seen, discovered, detected or not! This universal substance was fully proven by Carl David Anderson as early as the 1930s! This 'semi-physical substance' is produced only by the Higg's field! That's the only reason they were able to discover this Higg's field as the absolute only possible field they could detect in the particle accelerator! They found absolutely no physical particles! Remember this! This is very important if you want to understand the universe as it really appears! This new quantum physical hologram model's atoms, are only these 4-dimensional oscillating energetic fields, which are actually fully proven, by the particle accelerator, in 2016! As a result, 99% of the universe actually consists of an undetectable quantum physics side, and 1% is this strange substance! This is where reality comes to the 'surface' and becomes fully 'visible', in the highly active 5-dimensional quantum physical universal engine room! The fact that something is visible and detectable is only due to the 'substance'! This new model reveals Tesla technology and stealth technology, and points out the very reason why the UFO's can disappear from today's high-tech radars! The reason why the UFO can disappear from radar, is that there are no physical particles left in the UFO, only the atom! This 'substance' can 'disappear' again, completely controlled, also the stealth effect occurs, in the UFO! The particle accelerator's final and very clear evidence just says that there can be no physical particles, and that it actually proves that there has never been a big-bang!! Still today, is this fake big-bang universe only researched and taught!? Why? Is it only because scientists don't understand the right universe that the particle accelerator actually proved to them should be there!? The energetic oscillating field universe!?
