What crimes have been done in thy Name" Those who set out to do anything at all in the world must have as a rule some kind of plan of action. "As a rule," I say, because very great things have been done without a plan, by a simple advance on chaos and old night. As a rule, however, a plan is very useful and necessary, so long as it does not blind one to the aim of the work and so make the means appear to be a greater thing than the end for which they are designed. The aim of the open-air Nursery-School is the salvation, physical, mental and spiritual of the children of this country or of any other country from their cradles and up to the end of the first seven years.
