Another gallery at a higher level permits the public to see the exercises in the gymnasium. It is a matter of congratulation that such exhaustive attention has been paid to meeting all the physical needs of the thousands of undergraduates who will spend four of the most important years of life at Pennsylvania. The coat of the proposed structure including the pound is estimated at $350,000, a sum really insignificant in comparison to the location and character of the building, and what it will supply to the student.
