This book theorizes a philosophical framework for educational policy and practice in the southern Philippines where decades of religious and political conflict between a minority Muslim community and the Philippine state has plagued the educational and economic development of the region. He was obviously time transported back in time because in the later part of the epic story, he met his two grown-up sons meaning at some stretch of time, there was two of him coexisting - the genre of Hollywood movies.
