And its permanent boundaries were fixed and settled by said act, and also by subsequent parts of the acts of the said General Assembly, creating the counties of Fayette and Clinton, passed February 19th, 1810; and also, by an act of said General Assembly, passed February, 1813. An Act Erecting a part of the counties of Ross, Adams ami Clermont, into a separate county, hi the name of Highland.
