"All available neutron capture cross sections in the keV region (~ 5 to 100 keV) have been fitted with resonance parameters. Capture cross sections for nuclides with reasonably well known average s-wave parameters, but no measured cross section, have been calculated and tabulated using p- and d-wave strength functions interpolated between fitted values.
