Following the same descriptive approach and format of Volume 1 of this series, this book focuses on all-electric single- and multifamily housing projects, which will also be zero-carbon in 2045, the date targeted for complete decarbonization of the California electric utility grid. The projects include the single-family private house, both new and renovation, and an ambitious DIY renovation of a 1960's suburban tract house. There is also a four-unit condominium project stacked in a six-story vertical structure.
