In 1969 the U.S. Air Force issued a statement that read' "No UFO reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force was ever an indication of threat to our national security." This statement is patently false. It has been proven untrue by the testimony of many military officers and airmen and documentation of incidents involving UFOs and nuclear weapons, testimonies of which the U.S. Air Force was fully aware. Unidentified details many of these testimonies, some for the first time. As partial justification for its position, the Air Force cites a University of Colorado study that was contracted and paid for by federal funds. Unidentified reveals how this study was actually just another part of the plan to cover up the reality of the UFO phenomenon. Objectifs : Nous voulons évaluer l’évolution de la prise en charge des SCA ST sus à la phase aiguë par les urgences hospitalières et pré hospitalières de la région Nord pas de Calais entre 2001 et 2005 à travers l’étude des délais, les stratégies de reperfusion, et la mortalité à 30 jours. Patients et méthodes : Tous les patients majeurs pris en charge par le SAMU ou par un service d’urgences de la région de 2001 à 2003 puis de l’agglomération Lille-Roubaix-Tourcoing-Armentières jusque 2005 avec une suspicion d’infarctus du myocarde à l’ECG datant de moins de 24 heures ont été inclus. Résultats : 1775 patients ont été inclus : 72,6% d’hommes, 27,4% de femmes. L’âge médian est de 64 ans (de 18 à 98 ans). Les femmes sont plus vieilles de 12 ans (âge moyen de 71,75 ans). Les moins de 75 ans représentent 73%. Les femmes deviennent majoritaires au-delà de 75 ans. Le SMUR PEC 63% des patients, les urgences 37%. La thrombolyse est pratiquée à 120 mn vs 270 mn pour l’angioplastie primaire. 61% des patients PEC après 3H n’ont pas appelé eux même la PEC spécialisée. Au total, 49,7% sont thrombolysés (58,4% par le SMUR vs 34,6% par les urgences), 30,20% ont une angioplastie primaire (39,1% vs 14,8%), parmi eux, 15,30% bénéficient des deux traitements, et 24% de patients sans aucun traitement de recanalisation (2,5% vs 50,6%). Conclusion : Notre étude rend compte d’une amélioration dans la PEC des IDM dans notre région jusqu’en 2005. Jusque la 3°H, les stratégies de reperfusion des SMUR et des services d’urgences hospitalières sont conformes aux recommandations. Au delà de 3 heures, le SAMU respecte les guides lines, mais la filière des urgences maintient toujours une part plus importante pour la thrombolyse.
