Les exigences réglementaires sont en constantes évolution afin de donner un cadre strict aux entreprises pharmaceutiques pour permettre d'obtenir produit de santé de qualité, efficace et une sécurité pour le patient.Cependant, le cycle de vie du médicament est ponctué de changement dans son processus de réalisation. Ces changements peuvent affecter la qualité du médicament et/ou nuire à la sécurité du patient. Dans ce contexte, les textes réglementaires exigent que ces changements soient tracés et documentés. De plus, avant toute mise en place d'un changement, une évaluation d'impact pluridisciplinaire doit être dument réalisé afin d'identifier les risques délétères, et mettre en place les actions associées pour les réduire.Ainsi, cette thèse a pour but de proposer une optimisation d'un processus de changement au sein d'un laboratoire pharmaceutique exploitant afin de se conformer à la réglementation en vigueur et améliorer l'efficience de l'entreprise dans ce process de changement. Dans un environnement en perpétuelle évolution, les industries de santé doivent garantir la qualité, l'innocuité et l'efficacité des produits en répondant aux attentes des patients et des autorités. Actuellement, la sous-traitance dans l'industrie pharmaceutique est largement répandue. De nombreuses activités pharmaceutiques peuvent être externalisées, il revient à chaque entreprise de définir sa stratégie en décidant ou non d'externaliser certaines de ses activités et de faire appel au sous-traitant qui répondra le mieux à ses attentes. Une relation de confiance entre le donneur d'ordre et ses sous-traitants est indispensable au bon déroulement de cette collaboration. Ce travail de thèse décrit les étapes de la mise en place d'une relation donneur d'ordre/ sous-traitant ainsi que les exigences requises pour cette collaboration. La maîtrise des sous-traitants est illustrée par un exemple concret, l'évaluation de la performance des sous-traitants de produits finis d'un laboratoire pharmaceutique exploitant. Les différentes étapes et les acteurs participant au processus ainsi que les différents outils de gestion utilisés afin d'optimiser ce processus d'évaluation sont présentés.
