Observation is reported for a structure near the J/[psi][phi] threshold in B+ → J/[psi][phi]K+ decays produced in {bar p}p collisions at √s = 1.96 TeV with a statistical significance of beyond 5 standard deviations. There are 19 ± 6 events observed for this structure at a mass of 4143.4{sub -3.0}{sup +2.9}(stat) ± 0.6(syst) MeV/c2 and a width of 15.3{sub -6.1}{sup +10.4}(stat) ± 2.5(syst) MeV/c2, which are consistent with the previous measurements reported as evidence of the Y(4140).

Evidence is reported for a narrow structure near the J/[psi][phi] threshold in exclusive B+ → J/[psi][phi]K+ decays produced in {bar p}p collisions at √s = 1.96 TeV. A signal of 14 ± 5 events, with statistical significance in excess of 3.8 standard deviations, is observed in a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.7 fb−1, collected by the CDF II detector. The mass and natural width of the structure are measured to be 4143.0 ± 2.9(stat) ± 1.2(syst) MeV/c2 and 11.7{sub -5.0}{sup +8.3}(stat) ± 3.7(syst) MeV/c2.

A peaking structure in the J/psi phi mass spectrum near threshold is observed in B(+/- ) to J/psi phi K(+/- ) decays, produced in pp collisions at sqrt(s) = 7 TeV collected with the CMS detector at the LHC. The data sample, selected on the basis of the dimuon decay mode of the J/psi, corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 5.2 inverse femtobarns. Fitting the structure to an S-wave relativistic Breit-Wigner lineshape above a three-body phase-space nonresonant component gives a signal statistical significance exceeding five standard deviations. The fitted mass and width values are m = 4148.0 +- 2.4 (stat.) +- 6.3 (syst.) MeV and Gamma = 28 +15 -11 (stat.) +- 19 (syst.) MeV, respectively. Evidence for an additional peaking structure at higher J/psi phi mass is also reported.

The authors report the observation of the B meson decay B[sup [+-]] [yields] J/[psi][eta]K[sup [+-]] and evidence for the decay B[sup 0] [yields] J/[psi][eta]K[sub S][sup 0], using 90 million B[bar B] events collected at the [Upsilon](4S) resonance with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II e[sup +]e[sup -] asymmetric-energy storage ring. They obtain branching fractions of [Beta](B[sup [+-]] [yields] J/[psi][eta]K[sup [+-]]) = (10.8 [+-] 2.3(stat.) [+-] 2.4(syst.)) x 10[sup -5] and [Beta](B[sup 0] [yields] J/[psi][eta]K[sub S][sup 0]) = (8.4 [+-] 2.6(stat.) [+-] 2.7(syst.)) x 10[sup -5]. We present a measurement of the \CP-violating parameter \betas using approximately 6500 $\BsJpsiPhi$ decays reconstructed with the CDF\, II detector in a sample of $p\bar p$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=1.96$ TeV corresponding to 5.2 fb${̂-1}$ integrated luminosity produced by the Tevatron Collider at Fermilab. We find the \CP-violating phase to be within the range $\betas \in [0.02, 0.52] \cup [1.08, 1.55]$ at 68% confidence level where the coverage property of the quoted interval is guaranteed using a frequentist statistical analysis. This result is in agreement with the standard model expectation at the level of about one Gaussian standard deviation. We consider the inclusion of a potential $S$-wave contribution to the $\Bs\to J/\psi K+̂K-̂$ final state which is found to be negligible over the mass interval $1.009
