Howe Research Institute, and the Centre Québécois de Relations Internationales have culminated in a comprehensive three-volume study of critical U.S.-Canadian resource issues. Volume III, Perspectives, Prospects, and Policy Options, examines the resource sector from the perspectives of corporate investors, workers, and environmentalists and concludes with a review of policy options and prospects for the bilateral relationship.
