This book is about my personal Umrah experiences in Mecca, a visit to the messenger, the last prophet, beloved of Allah, Hz. Muhammad (s.a.v) in Masjid al Nabawi in Medina. My story includes many true incidents and observations of companions during rituals, including third parties behaviours and their morals, manners and other intimate scrutinies. In general, my diary is written as social criticism. I am endeavouring to prompt and improve manners by self-criticism. My anecdotes compare the general behaviour with Quranic verses, albeit a personal religious view of point about religions principally, Islam, Sufism, Quran, about anecdotes of morality, worship, death, one's body, mind, soul, devil, angels and even the first human being. The narrative includes points about the Quran and science together, ideas about the undiscovered. Thoughts about the essence of Islam, the secret of creation, ley lines and energy of the Kaaba, correlation between the prayer and dopamine and interleukin2 enzymes, mental development with prayer and the Quran, unhappiness, the wisdom of the expulsion of Adam from Eden, the meaning of life, the principal prophets Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Ishmael, Joseph and even others. I tried to point out how faith strengthens mental health and improves personal development. How it even teaches to inspire special prayers to fulfil for a happy and successful life in today's complex struggles. I narrate in simple language, the symbols to be practised, prayers to be recited and ihram bans to be obeyed. Above all, I hope it gives some guidance to those who may be planning to perform an umrah or would like its spiritual experience.

Due to the usual practice of Umrah being performed before the Hajj, it was deemed appropriate that this publication starts with Umrah. The first part of this book deals with the procedures of Umrah. It clearly outlines the entire procedure of how Umrah should be performed, explaining each part of Umrah individually and giving a breakdown of which actions are necessary and which one's are Sunnah and virtuous.
