Les travaux, tout en faisant une large place au droit français, sont menés dans une perspective internationale. Au-delà des règles inscrites dans le Code de commerce et le Code civil, ont été inclus dans le champ de l’analyse les dispositions de la Convention de Vienne, ainsi que les règlements « Rome I » et « Bruxelles I ». Cette étude de nature essentiellement juridique comporte de nombreux volets pluridisciplinaires comme l’analyse économique du commerce extérieur français, celle de sentences arbitrales, ou encore l’examen du contentieux en matière de transport.
