La gestion documentaire est une réalité partagée par tout un chacun aussi bien au niveau collectif qu'individuel tant les documents sont de nature diverses et variés. Le département de pharamcie du CHU de Rouen, dans la continuité de la mise en place de son site intranet s'est attaché à mettre en oeuvre une gestion et un partage de ses ressources documentaires électroniques. Ce travail aborde, dans une première partie, la gestion de la documentation en pharmacie hospitalière puis le document numérique, les applications web pour ensuite en venir à la gestion documentaire elle-même. La deuxième partie présente les outils logiciels de gestion électronique documentaire utilisés au CHU de Rouen, dont la Banque documentaire est la pièce maîtresse. Puis sont abordés la démarche du département de pharmacie et la réflexion entreprise sur l'utilisation de ces collections documentaires sur les plans de l'archivage, de l'assurance qualité et de la mise à jour du site intranet. La troisième partie porte sur les développements prévus au niveau du Département de Pharmacie ainsi que sur quelques perspectives d'évolution à plus long terme. Le gestion électronique en place possède des fonctionnalités plus réduites par rapport aux versions commerciales existantes. Cepandant, plus que ses fonctionnalités, c'est avant tout son adoption et son utilisation par différents acteurs de la pharmacie qui peut l'amener à devenir un outil important voire central du système d'information et de communication pharmaceutique.
