Los jóvenes son la fuerza, el impulso que necesita la sociedad, pero ellos tienen que ser bien conducidos, guiados, protegidos y amados. Estas vivencias de jóvenes no solo les servirán a ellos, sino que también a ti padre, madre o maestro todo aquel que convive con jóvenes. Ninguno de nosotros es perfecto y tal vez nuestras familias tampoco lo son, pero juntos podemos ser más felices o menos infelices. En el segundo capítulo hablo de jóvenes con casos de drogadicción, algunas veces tenemos a un joven con estas si tienen un caso así o si tienen algún problema de este tipo. Les informo que he visto muchas personas sobrellevar estos problemas o realmente rehabilitarse y ser mejores personas no todo está perdido es un proceso muy difícil. Algunos de nosotros, aun haciendo lo imposible, perdemos a un familiar por este tipo de problemas o no podemos salir de la situación. Sin embargo, hay esperanza. Los valores como el amor, la confianza, la familia nunca deben ser cambiados por cosas efímeras. En el Capítulo sexto hablo acerca de cómo crecer duele, duele el cuerpo, duelen los sentimientos, las personas que dejamos de ver. Crecer es un proceso físico, mental, sentimental y cambia el sentido de la vida. Hay tantos cambios que van experimentando los jóvenes, van teniendo más responsabilidades. "Que difícil a veces es tomar las decisiones más importantes cuando menos experiencia se tiene de la vida." Por eso es tan importante dotarlos de herramientas de autoconfianza, compañía, buenos consejos, tratar de no lastimar, pedir perdón, agradecer cuando hacen algo por nosotros, reconocer sus esfuerzos, aunque no sean los que nosotros queremos. El que un joven tenga problemas psicológicos no quiere decir que no pueda salir de ellos, si puede y debe tener ayuda profesional. En el último capítulo hay ciertas pautas que te comparto que han sido comprobadas en muchas personas. Gracias por darme la oportunidad de compartir contigo este libro, por tu hermoso y valioso tiempo. Solo quiero ayudar un poco más y realizar un sueño que tuve en mi juventud.
