While Business Central includes a number of different reporting tools "out of the box" which cover a number of different reporting needs, they are usually not intended for end-users to quickly and easily modify or they are very limited in scope. There are multiple third-party reporting tools available which allow reports to be generated from Business Central, including Power BI and Jet Reports amongst others.
