Book Description
The interactive signal analysis and ultrasonic data collection system (ECHO1) is a real time data acquisition and display system. ECHO1 executed on a PDP-11/45 computer under the RT11 real time operating system. Extensive operator interaction provided the requisite parameters to the data collection, calculation, and data modules. Data were acquired in real time from a pulse echo ultrasonic system using a Biomation Model 8100 transient recorder. The data consisted of 2084 intensity values representing the amplitude of pulses transmitted and received by the ultrasonic unit. Smith, G. R. Unspecified Center NASA-CR-150745, REPT-78-066 NAS8-32490...

Publisher: Springer
ISBN: 3319209167
Category : Computers
Languages : en
Pages : 821
Book Description
The 3-volume set LNCS 9169, 9170, 9171 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction, HCII 2015, held in Los Angeles, CA, USA, in August 2015. The total of 1462 papers and 246 posters presented at the HCII 2015 conferences was carefully reviewed and selected from 4843 submissions. These papers address the latest research and development efforts and highlight the human aspects of design and use of computing systems. The papers in LNCS 9170 are organized in topical sections on gesture and eye-gaze based interaction; touch-based and haptic interaction; natural user interfaces; adaptive and personalized interfaces; distributed, migratory and multi-screen user interfaces; games and gamification; HCI in smart and intelligent environments.

Interactive Signal Analysis Software (ISAS). User's Manual
Author: R. M. Davino
Publisher:
ISBN:
Category :
Languages : en
Pages : 140
Book Description
The interactive dynamic signal analysis software consists of a set of generalized interactive programs which are user friendly and capable of the enhancement, analysis, and display of digital time history data. This software is hosted on the Control Data Cyber 740 Computer System. The analysis software is generalized to allow application to many unique and specific project analysis requirements. Time history data can be edited, modified according to appropriate calibration requirements, and consolidated for convenient handling of parameters. Time history data can also be enhanced through several digital filtering techniques. Data analysis is performed in the time domain and in the frequency domain through Fourier transform based spectral analysis techniques. This provides analysis capabilities such as the determination of the fast Fourier transform and the power spectral density of a parameter as well as the transfer function between several parameters. Analysis results are presented in tabular and graphic form through a line printer or terminal display. These generalized analysis techniques are exemplified through an application to gas turbine engine dynamics. (Author).
