Book Description
My Magnum Opus which in Latin means, “Great work,” is a collection of my poetry to which I have written over the past decade. One of my greatest achievements, besides being a devoted Mother, is being a dedicated writer. Writing is my one of my greatest joys in my life and I hope that you will find my work enjoyable to your spirit and your soul. Embrace it, challenge your mind , and with it, do something intrinsic; have faith in yourself that you can do and be anything you want to be, with hard work and commitment to your particular goal, nothing is impossible for you.” My Mother told me several years ago, “If God wants it to happen for you, He will make it happen.” That rings so very true in my life and my experiences as a young woman and a Mother of a beautiful and radiant child, Elizabeth Paige McKoy. I grew up in the Washington-Metropolitan area and have one sibling, Edward McKoy who has been a positive influence in my life. My parents were Margaret Y. Mckoy and Thomas Hall McKoy III. I was raised in a loving and nurturing environment. My Mother had strong Christian virtues and raised me with high morals and values, which you will find in my writing. I have found that in my lifetime, that sometimes God has to break us down to rebuild us again, and He has done that with me a multitude of times. It is my experience that we lead by example, meaning, giving back part of what one has been given in one's life; it is imperative. I am not perfect, and I have made my share of mistakes, but I have hence learned that it is what you do with those mistakes that you make and how you grow from those mistakes that mold you into the person you become in life. Nothing in this world happens by mere chance alone, and we each have a purpose in our lives. What is your purpose? If you do not know, I would encourage you to find it, for within you, deep down inside you, is a rare gift that needs to be shared with the world. I challenge you to find out what your gift is, and when you do, do something positive with it and, move forward, not in fear, but in faith. My endeavor has just begun as a Poet, Novelist, and as a Children's Book Author. Today, I challenge you to begin to plant a few seeds and see what blooms for you in your life; you will soon thereafter have a magnificent garden.

Book Description
There is only ONE accurate version of the truth of your worth and that is the Father's truth, because you are His creation. Only He really understands you and the things that have fought hard to wound your soul and steal your confidence. He sees you through eyes uncluttered by human hindrances and social sentiment. God loved Adam so much, He created the greatest, most inspiring work of art He could for him--Eve! She was the expression of the Father's love. A priceless treasure, indeed! In woman, the Father created His Magnum Opus, His work of art--the grand finale of His creation masterpiece. In the Father's grand design for humanity, you are His magnum opus!~I dreamt I was atop a dark and lonely hill awaiting the return of the prodigal sons and daughters. Carrying a torch in my hand, I desperately tried to light the way for them to come home. But my light alone was much too dim to light the way for their safe return. I cried out to God, "Make my light brighter, Lord!"When I opened my eyes, I saw the entire hillside was lit up with a great light. As I looked around, I saw it was covered with a large crowd of women all holding their torches high into the night's sky to guide the lost home. "The Lord announces the word, and the women who proclaim it are a mighty throng: 'Kings and armies flee in haste...'" Psalm 68:11-12. The Father is rallying His great Army of Women--Will you join Him?

Book Description
This is a pioneering study of virtuality through human history: ancient-to-modern evolution and recent expansion; expression in many fields (chapters on Religion; Philosophy, Math, Physics; Literature and the Arts; Economics; Nationhood, Government and War; Communication); psychological and social reasons for its universality; inter-relationship with "reality." The book's thesis: virtuality was always an integral part of humanity in many areas of life, generally expanding over the ages. The reasons: 1- brain psychology; 2- virtuality's six functions — escape from boredom to relieving existential dread. Other questions addressed: How will future neuroscience, biotech and "compunications" affect virtuality? Can/should there be limits to human virtualizing?

Book Description
Biblical Foundations Book Award The Pentateuch is the foundation for understanding the Old Testament and the Bible as a whole. Yet through the centuries it has been probed and dissected, weighed and examined, its text peeled back for its underlying history, its discourse analyzed and its words weighed. Could there be any stone in Sinai yet unturned? Surprisingly, there is. From a career of study, John Sailhamer sums up his perspective on the Pentateuch by first settling the hermeneutical question of where we should set our attention. Rather than focus on the history behind the text, Sailhamer is convinced that it is the text itself that should be our primary focus. Along the way he demonstrates that this was in fact the focus of many interpreters in the precritical era. Persuaded of the singular vision of the Pentateuch, Sailhamer searches out clues left by the author and the later editor of the Pentateuch that will disclose the meaning of this great work. By paying particular attention to the poetic seams in the text, he rediscovers a message that surprisingly brings us to the threshold of the New Testament gospel.

Book Description
Excerpt from Azoth: Or, the Star in the East; Embracing the First Matter of the Magnum Opus, the Evolution of Aphrodite-Urania, the Supernatural Generation of the Son of the Sun, and the Alchemical Transfiguration of Humanity Principle of Universal Development or Evolution. If we exclusively consider this principle so far as it is at work in the Kingdom of Humanity, we shall see that the Great fork is the amelioration, exaltation, or transmutation of the formless human race into the dual child of the Mystic Cross of c - to make use of Hermetic terminology - or, in other words, into the Perfect Man. And as the development of one such being out of the whole chaos of individuals, ever manifesting and vanishing with the ebb and flow of generations, would provide a transforming instrument, a living Snip/tar T fugens, to adopt another alchemi cal phrase, we thus find that the conception of a transmuting and colouring stone, and of a projecting powder which can exalt into its own nature any adaptable substance, irrespective of magnitude - things which are continually referred to in the allegories of the Philosophers - have a secret significance which points in the same direction, unto the Blessed Isles of the Elect Chil dren, which the alchemist prayed to behold in the parabolic vision of Mercury. Book Description
A study detailing the historical, cultural and philosophical origins of French security policy since 1919. Chuter (Ministry of Defence, London) explains how and why security policy has developed since that time, arguing that the origins of current policy lie even further back in history and, through a cultural network of myths and symbolisms, continues to influence how the French perceive contemporary events--often to the bewilderment of Anglo-Saxon countries with a vastly different set of experiences.
