Advising students who wish to study in other countries is often difficult because accurate, up-to-date, and detailed information about the offerings in their higher institutions is frequently unavailable. A student wishing to study in a given country needs to know what the several institutions offer not only in his own subject area but also in related areas. This bulletin presents an analysis of offerings in higher education in France.
