Purpose: This study was intended to determine and researching the effect of financial management during the COVID-19 epidemic on organizational performance by analyzing Pakistan's textile industry.Methodology: The investigation is anticipated to provide research with both qualitative and quantitative data. Both primary and secondary data was incorporated for research. Primary information includes face-to-face or virtual meetings with people and associations, focus group discussions, and workshops (eye to eye, virtual and mixture subject to COVID-19 turns of events and limitations). A work area will review the recent writing and information on the COVID-19 pandemic-related topics. Gathering existing knowledge from multiple sources is part of collecting secondary information, also known as work area research. This includes both interior sources (such as internal analysis) and, more frequently, outward sources (like government measurements, hierarchical bodies, and the web).Findings: These research findings make sense of the positive relationship between corporate management and a company's financial performance. This shows that taking on business management is playing a significant role in improving firm performance in textile sectors.Unique dedication to practice and strategy: The review is unique since it analyses the financial performance of Pakistani textile companies during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has not hitherto been focused on the Pakistani context. Furthermore, by focusing on Pakistani regions, this study provides controllers and policymakers with crucial information on the regions that the pandemic has affected the most.

The study examines the facts of working capital management practices adopted by Pakistani firms listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). We collected data from 126 financial managers by using a questionnaire. We also make the discussion with financial analysts to know the components of working capital practices i.e. cash management, account receivable management, payable management, and inventory management. We found evidence that mostly firms follow hedge approach in financing and which involves a tradeoff between liquidity and profitability. Respondents consider account receivable management is backbone of efficient Working Capital. Moreover, we conclude that mostly firms rely on cash conversion cycle being a financial measure of WCM. Further, Pakistani firms tend to use centralized cash management and not follow any statistical tool or measure to control over inventory. Policy and decision makers and finance managers should pay more attention towards managing components of working capital and use statistical tool or software to check and evaluate their performance.
