Introduction : L'utilisabilité des logiciels de dossiers patients en médecine générale est essentielle à l'évaluation d'un logiciel, conditionnant son acceptation auprès de l'utilisateur, la qualité des soins et le confort d'exercice. Méthode : Afin d'évaluer l'utilisabilité de quatre logiciels, nous avons réalisé un audit s'articulant autour des critères ergonomiques de Bastien et Scapin. Pour argumenter notre analyse, nous avons fait appel à des recommandations sélectionnées dans plusieurs guides de référence. Résultats : Une note est attribuée aux logiciels pour chaque critère ergonomique. On retrouve de nombreux écueils en terme d'utilisabilité. Nous avons donc ensuite proposé une ébauche de prototype. Conclusion : Si nos logiciels correpondent aux besoins en terme de fonctionnalités. Il leur manque une logique intelligente pour répondre aux attentes des utilisateurs. On pourrait donc imaginer la mise en place d'un certificat d'utilisabilité pour guider le praticien dans ses choix.
