The 2010 edition was the first time the conference was held in the U.S.; the last three meetings were held in Barcelona, Spain (Meteoroids 2007), London, Ontario, Canada (University of Western Ontario, Meteoroids 2004), and Kiruna, Sweden (Swedish Institute for Space Physics, Meteoroids 2001).
