Elihu/Elihue Warren (1828-1910) was the son of Horace Warren and Susan Hathaway of Thompson, Geauga Co., Ohio. His father was born at Jay, Essex Co., New York. He married Marie Stallé (better known as Mary Staley) at Salt Lake City in 1862. She was the daughter of Jean-Pierre Stallé (b.1803) and Jeanne-Marie Gaudin-Moise (b.1810- 1898) of Prarostino, Torino, Italy. They lived at North Ogden and were the parents of thirteen children. His only brother, Horace Austin Warren was born at Wilmington, Essex Co., New York. Their sister Susan Surrinda was born in Vermont. Later research identified Susan Hathaway's (b.1800) parents and place of birth as Benjamin Hathaway and Elizabeth French of Hartland, Windsor Co., Vermont. Several generations of descendants are given.
