Si consideramos al niño como la parte más vulnerable de la estructura familia, escuchar y recoger su dolor y su sufrimiento, que tan fácilmente puede resultar eclipsado, nos permitirá no solo valorar los riesgos o daños que sufren, sino que se constituye en el mejor acicate para que los progenitores recuperen las deterioradas capacidades parentales. Pero desarrollar tratamientos adecuados para afrontar la problemática de estas familias requiere de una serie de mejoras sociales, entre las que consideramos de vital importancia la articulación operativa de la intervención judicial -encaminada a arbitrar y formalizar la ruptura- con la intervención familiar -encaminada a promover una sana coparentalidad- sin olvidar la formación de los distintos operadores, y la optimización de los procesos de coordinación.
