Es soll ihre Wichtigkeit aufgezeigt werden, die in unserer Bildungsgesellschaft eigentlich schon selbstverständlich ist, aber oft nicht berücksichtigt wird. Des Weiteren werden die Bedingungen der betrieblichen Weiterbildung erörtert. Hier sind die Umstände gemeint, welche die Weiterbildung in einen bestimmten Handlungsspielraum verweisen und die Voraussetzungen, die eine betriebliche Weiterbildung erst notwendig machen. Hier wird besonders auf die Ursachen für den Weiterbildungsbedarf, die verschiedenen Arten und Funktionen der betrieblichen Weiterbildung und den Handlungsspielraum für die Weiterbildung eingegangen. Es wird aufgezeigt, wo die Grenzen der betrieblichen Weiterbildung liegen, wie die Voraussetzungen erkannt werden und wie der Bedarf an Weiterbildung sichtbar gemacht werden kann. Außerdem werden verschiedene Methoden vorgestellt, mittels denen eine Durchführung der betrieblichen Weiterbildung betrieben werden kann. Danach werden die Aufgaben und die Ziele der betrieblichen Weiterbildung vorgestellt und erläutert. Dabei wird näher auf die Funktion der Weiterbildung eingegangen sowie die Haupt- und die Nebenfunktionen erklärt. Des Weiteren werde ich auf die Durchführungsziele von betrieblicher Weiterbildung eingehen und die Zielsetzung der Weiterbildung in organisationalem und personellem beschreiben. Hierzu wird die betriebliche Weiterbildung als strategieerfüllende Maßnahme und die Weiterbildung als strategiegestaltende Maßnahme beschrieben. Zuletzt wird ein Ausblick auf die betriebliche Weiterbildung gestellt. In diesem Fazit wird die Thematik noch einmal kurz erläutert, es wird nochmals auf die, sich daraus ergebenden, Probleme eingegangen und zuletzt eine mögliche Lösung vorgeschlagen. Diese Ausarbeitung soll einen groben Einblick in die Thematik liefern und aufmerksam auf die Problematiken der betrieblichen Weiterbildung schärfen.
