Objectifs : Les objectifs sont d'analyser les caractéristiques de la population migrante primo-arrivante, à partir des consultations de premiers recours à Rennes, Centre Médical Louis Guilloux (CMLG) et à Nantes, Permanence d'Accès aux Soins de Santé (PASS) et de décrire les difficultés ressenties par les médecins généralistes lors de la prise en charge de ces patients après adressage du CMLG. Ces résultats sont mis en perspective avec les données recueillies de façon similaire d'une étude réalisée en 2010 auprès de la PASS de Nantes. Matériels et Méthodes : Une analyse comparative a été réalisée à partir des caractéristiques des consultants de l'année 2013 des deux structures : CMLG à Rennes et PASS à Nantes. Une deuxième analyse, qualitative, a été réalisée auprès de médecins généralistes rennais prenant en charge des patients orientés par le CMLG-Rennes. L'enquête s'est faite à partir d'un questionnaire recensant leurs difficultés d'exercice. Résultats : 586 patients primo-arrivants ont consulté au CMLG à Rennes et 1314 à la PASS de Nantes.
