Other leading vegetables - especially cabbage, onions, celery, and eastern sweet potatoes - con. T'inned their upward trend, closing either firm or higher Cab bage markets were particularly strong Apples sold mostly at recent levels, with few price changes. Shipments of apples decreased another ca1s. Movement from the West was heavier than during the same week last sea, son but eastern shipments were lighter. Output of California grapes was cut in half and averaged only 450 cars daily. About 70, 000 cars have already come from) California, as against all. Of last season, and movement is not yet finished.
