Good nutrition is an essential component necessary for the maintenance of health for participants in adult care. Adult Care Centers that feed participants have an important responsibility to do the following: Serve wholesome and attractive meals that meet participants’ nutritional needs, and Make meal time a pleasant and sociable experience.
