Tumor microenvironment (TME) is a bidirectional, dynamic and intricate network of interactions between tumor cells and mesenchymal tissue cells. Therefore, an in-depth study in TME is of great significance for clarifying tumor biology and molecular mechanisms during tumorigenesis and progression.
